Can i exchange the item for another after i receive it? We do not offer exchanges because our products are custom made and for order. If you are not sure of the measurements of the product you are going to order, ask us via chat or to our email: ventas@kittscustoms.com
Where is my Fiberglass parts shipped from – Our vendor is located in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico; for all the countries of the world different packages.

- Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
- Check your email for a confirmation message of your order to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
- Ask for your order at the office of the receiving company.
- Ask your neighbors if the carrier had left them your package.
- Check with your tracking code where the package is.
- *Tip: Avoid theft. If you will not be at home on the day of delivery, use your address of work or where you are going to be.

- If there is any problem with your shipping address, we could send you again your product, but you will have to bear the costs.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
