Season 3/4 Countdown

• No-Glue assembly (comes already mounted)
• ABS plastic cast pieces snap into each other and have dovetails
• Plexiglass parts are laser cut
• Printed Circuit Board led holders also have snap-in feature

We worked closely with our partner KRW Industries during product design. We did the cross-shaped PCBs, they did plastic, plexiglass and screen printed lettering. Together we tried different distances, different led colors, and different led shapes, until obtaining the closest effect to the TVShow we could. We opted for PTH leds, that include a self heatsink, a lense and a rear parabolic metallic reflector.
